Refund Policy

Replacement:

- In case you have received a defective product/wrong product, you have to share an unpacking or unboxing video of the product to (email id) (unboxing video is compulsory)

Within 24-48 hours our team will contact you, and you will get a replacement within 7 working days


Cancellation:

You can cancel the order within 12 hours after placing the order. For cancellation contact (email id)

Incorrect product Ordered / Incorrect address or phone number

If you have ordered an incorrect product on our website, then you can change it within 12 hours after placing the order, for changing Incorrect product contact us at (email id)

If you have entered an incorrect address/Pincode/Phone number then the product will be not delivered and it will be returned to us. for this, the customer has to pay return shipping charges of Rs 70. Once we receive your product we will resend it to you.

If you have not received the order but the status is showing delivered.

Please email us within 24 hours if you have not received your order but the tracking status shows delivered. If you do not contact us within 24 hours since the order was marked as delivered,we will not be able to assist you with this issue. The carrier refuses to do any investigation of your order after 24 hours.
